Accessibility statement for the website on OP Financial Group’s year 2020
This accessibility statement applies to the website op-year2020.fi provided by OP Financial Group. The service is the online service for companies of OP Financial Group.
OP Financial Group comprises OP Cooperative, its Group companies (such as OP Corporate Bank plc, OP Mortgage Bank, Pohjola Insurance Ltd, OP Life Assurance Company Ltd and OP-Services Ltd), OP Cooperative's member banks, OP Bank Group Pension Foundation and OP Bank Group Pension Fund, and other existing and future companies, entities and foundations, over which at least one of the aforementioned organisations alone or together exercises control.
Self-assessments have been performed with regard to the accessibility of the website. The following systems have been used in the self-assessments:

Accessibility of the digital service
The op-year2020.fi website is partially compliant with the requirements. Non-compliance with requirements and applicable exemptions are listed below. The content mainly consists of text and images that can also be accessed by assistive technologies.
Navigation on the website involves accessibility issues. For example, when the user presses the arrow key, the screen reader doesn’t start reading out the page content but moves directly to the bottom bar. Content doesn’t reflow correctly in all parts of the website when the user resizes or zooms text and adjusts text spacing, and not all content is accessible. Moving pictures or images cannot be stopped.

The OP Financial Group Year 2020 review in PDF format meets the accessibility requirements. The website also contains other attachments (OP Financial Group’s annual reporting package, reports by OP Corporate Bank plc and OP Mortgage Bank) that involve accessibility issues.
Accessibility issues that would be a disproportionate burden to fix
The annual reporting package includes several extensive reports (such as financial statements and board of directors’ reports) that need to be published on the basis of the statutory disclosure obligation and other regulatory requirements. The said PDF files have accessibility issues that would be a disproportionate burden to fix within the required reporting schedule.

Feedback and processing of personal data
If you haven’t logged in and you don’t enter your contact details, your feedback will be anonymous. A non-logged-in customer may provide their name and email address or phone number if they request us to contact them. We will store information about logged-in customers in our feedback system, including the name and personal identity code of the customer or company representative and the name of the OP cooperative bank whose customer the person providing feedback is. For corporate customers, we also store the company’s name and business ID. If a logged-in customer requests us to contact them, we will also store their phone number or email address. Other details that we will store in our feedback system include the customer’s feedback and the details provided by the customer about the assistive software or assistive devices they are using.
We will use the stored personal data only in feedback processing, to improve customer experience and OP Financial Group’s services. The personal data is processed in the customer data files of OP Financial Group financial institutions.
